Sarah Ballantyne-Way of SBW Planning has worked with us for many years, initially at Savills but has also supported us since we started in 2012. Sarah provides enthusiastic and expert planning back up, planning advice and planning reports to support van Bruggen Planning.

Steve Smith is a great friend and valued collaborator of van Bruggen Urbanism. His vast experience supports all our activities and our many conversations are greatly valued. van Bruggen Urbanism and Urban Narrative collaborate on client briefing, project review and the production of visions, which includes creating master planning projects.
'Steven is an architect with over 30 years’ professional experience of practising as an architect and urbanist working on a diverse, international portfolio of projects.
His career has developed through his work on projects across Europe, Asia and Australia, and includes some of the most challenging, large-scale development projects.
Steven founded urban narrative in 2010 after a successful career at DEGW, an international research-based design consultancy, and before that with Terry Farrell and Partners in the UK and Asia.

Qualified as an architect and town planner, he has over 40 years’ experience of advising on and managing development across the urban spectrum. He is an adviser to Design Council, to the RIBA on Design Review and sits on the boards of Design South East and Changing Chelmsford.'
